We collect the contact details and message you provide through the inquiry form, booking form, or newsletter form. We use this information only to respond to your request, deliver a booked consultation, or send the newsletter you chose to receive.
How we use and store data
Access is limited to Pauline Arunga and authorised support staff. Booking, inquiry, and subscriber data is stored in our application database and with the email providers used to deliver communications. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in a newsletter email. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email hello@pauline-arunga.com. We will verify the request before acting on it.
Retention
We review inquiries and unsuccessful booking requests after 12 months, completed booking records after 24 months, and inactive newsletter records after 24 months. Records may be retained longer where needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
